毫米波相控阵天线数据集主要面向毫米波相控阵天线研究，基于对毫米波频段大角度扫描性能的需求建设，基于HFSS仿真软件及矢量网络分析仪、天线测量暗室等仪器、第三方测试机构测试，得到天线的端口与辐射性能。主要记录了天线各个端口的S参数以及辐射性能，主要包括S参数、隔离度、扫描性能、效率等观测值，数据量47.9MB。

This millimeter-wave phased array antenna dataset is dedicated to millimeter-wave phased array antenna research, constructed to meet the demand for large-angle scanning performance in millimeter-wave frequency bands. It is generated via two approaches: simulations using HFSS simulation software, and measurements with instruments including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) and antenna measurement anechoic chambers, as well as testing results from third-party testing institutions, to obtain the port and radiation performance of the antennas. The dataset mainly records the S-parameters and radiation performance of each antenna port, covering observed metrics such as S-parameters, isolation, scanning performance, and radiation efficiency, with a total data volume of 47.9 MB.
