变速箱故障模拟数据主要针对重大装备制造服务融合过程中，因运维数据量大、多源信息耦合、故障特征微弱等因素造成的服役性能预测精度不足问题，面向关键部件的故障模拟多传感数据深度特征挖掘研究需求建设，基于变速箱故障模拟试验台加速度传感器产生，主要记录了在6种不同工况下进行10种不同故障模拟试验，部署在变速箱箱体5个不同位置的加速度传感器采集到的振动数据，数据量为3.61GB

This gearbox fault simulation dataset is constructed to address the problem of insufficient prediction accuracy of service performance caused by factors such as large volume of operation and maintenance data, multi-source information coupling, and weak fault features during the integration of major equipment manufacturing and service. It is developed to meet the research demands of deep feature mining for multi-sensor data in fault simulation of key components. The dataset is generated by acceleration sensors installed on a gearbox fault simulation test bench, mainly recording vibration data collected by acceleration sensors deployed at 5 different positions on the gearbox housing during 10 distinct fault simulation tests under 6 different working conditions, with a total data volume of 3.61 GB.
