This dataset covers multiple dimensions of finished machined product inspection. For internal data collection, inspectors record basic information such as date, part number, product name, model, and quantity during the inspection process, while simultaneously tallying key data including causes of non-conformity, number of batches, and first-pass qualified quantity. They also conduct quality reviews for non-conforming products, documenting the number of reviewed non-conforming products, quantity released after review, quantity reworked after review, quantity scrapped after review, and scrapped quantity per batch. For external data collection, the dataset may include material information provided by suppliers and customer requirements for product models and specifications. These external data entries will be integrated with internal inspection data to form a complete data chain.
