This dataset is created via accurate on-site collection of elevator component information, followed by integration, summarization and analysis of the collected data alongside relevant data covering elevator basic information, parameter details and inspection records. Relevant departments can carry out quality traceability across all lifecycle links including production, installation, operation, inspection and maintenance & repair for elevators with potential safety hazards. Manufacturers can promote continuous product improvement and enhance product safety based on the issues reflected by component information. Regulatory agencies can analyze the dataset and correlate the statuses of all links, which facilitates elevator hidden hazard investigation, risk assessment and other related work, thereby improving regulatory effectiveness.
