籼米中的杂质总量检测数据起到一个规范生产,监督籼米品质的作用。通过检验分析杂质总量,保证籼米生产加工的工艺质量,根据检验指标衡量米的质量。根据国家标准CB/T1354-2018为检验依据,对每袋籼米通过检测仪器,记录检验籼米样品的试样重量W5(g),记录样品中包含的杂质糠粉重量W6(g),无机杂质重量W7(g),带壳稗粒重量W9(g),稻谷粒重量W10(g),再得以计算得出杂质总量,计算公式如下:杂质总量=W6/W5*100+W7/W5*100+(W9*2+W10*2)/W5*100,结果与标准中的规定一致,杂质总量的结果若≤0.25,则为检验合格。
The total impurity detection data of indica rice serves to standardize production and supervise the quality of indica rice. By inspecting and analyzing the total impurity content, the process quality of indica rice production and processing is ensured, and the quality of rice is evaluated based on the inspection indicators. Taking the National Standard GB/T 1354-2018 as the inspection basis, for each bag of indica rice, testing instruments are used to record the sample weight W5 (g) of the tested indica rice sample, as well as the weights of various impurities in the sample: bran powder W6 (g), inorganic impurities W7 (g), barnyard grass seeds with husks W9 (g), and paddy grains W10 (g). The total impurity content is then calculated using the following formula: Total Impurity Content = (W6/W5)×100 + (W7/W5)×100 + (2W9 + 2W10)/W5×100. If the result conforms to the provisions in the standard, specifically, if the total impurity content is ≤0.25, the sample passes the inspection.
