Transcriptional characterization of naïve CD4 T cells across the spectrum of self-reactivity at the single cell level scRNA-seq profiling of FACS-sorted primary naïve CD4 T cells at homeostasis. Individual naïve CD4 T cells were sorted across the full spectrum of self-reactivity using CD5 as a surrogate marker for strength of tonic TCR interactions.
