Adapted from Land Environments of New Zealand (LENZ). LENZ is a classification of fifteen climate, landform, and soil variables chosen for their relevance to biological distributions. 3 classification groups are used in this model: Older Canty Plains alluvium, recent Canty Plains alluvium, and Lake margin Deposits.
