Current Preliminary Plat (Entitlements) file assembled by COMPASS. Field descriptions: ProjectID- Project ID assigned by city/county TAZ- location within COMPASS’ Traffic Analysis Zone geography Dev_Name- Name of the development or development reference Agency- The local government jurisdiction (city, county, etc.) with land use authority responsible for reviewing and approving the development application AppDate: Date application was received by agency Type- Determines what type of development is being proposed (e.g. preliminary plat, CZC, CUP, or PUD): Comprehensive Plan Amendment CUP – Conditional Use Permit PUD – Planned Unit Development CZC – Certificate of Zoning Compliance Preliminary Plat - Preliminary plat only or a preliminary plat combination Design Review Development Agreement Annexation - Annexation only Annexation and Rezone - Annexation and rezone Other - All other types of developments, includes MCU – Conditional Use Modification, Modification of Final Plat, Final Plat, MDA – Development Agreement Modification, VAC – Vacation of easement/ROW/plat, ZOA – Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment, CVA – Variance Application, AOI - Area of Influence, SUB – Subdivision, DRH – Design Review/Historic Application, Short Plat Status- Determines if the development is active, pending, or denied/inactive. Pending - Application received but not yet approved by a hearing. Approved - Approved and currently being constucted or will be constructed. In progress- Site is under construction and may have associated building permits Built- Development is fully constructed and occupied Denied - Application was denied at a hearing Withdrawn - Development application withdrawn by applicant Expired - Development not complete by the time of the expiration date Time Extension - Development granted an extension (usually one-time only).
