Consolidated CO₂–Brine IFT Dataset and Reproducibility Code: Noise Ceilings for Machine Learning Performance Assessment

This record contains the supplementary data package for the paper "Noise Ceilings for CO₂–Brine Interfacial Tension Machine Learning" submitted to the International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control. It includes: (S1) the consolidated 3,265-point experimental dataset from 15 source publications; (S2) SHA-256 cryptographic hash verification records for all six External Validation sets; (S3) a fully executable Jupyter notebook reproducing Tables 4, 5, and 7 and Figures 7–12; (S4) VIF multicollinearity screening detail for all six thermo-compositional regimes; (S5) per-source inter-laboratory residuals underlying Table 3 and Figures 7–12.
