High-energy neutrinos have been recently associated with astrophysical jets. Despite many efforts the details and micro-physics of the neutrino emission mechanism still elude us. Here we propose new observations of 10 radio bright comma but gamma-ray dark comma sources that were found to be positionally coincident with the arrival directions of neutrinos. With the new XMM-Newton observations we will confidently measure their X-ray spectrum for the first time comma and constrain the shape of their spectral energy distribution. This will allow us to confirm openParor rejectclosePar them as neutrino emitters which will have significant implications on both the location and neutrino emission mechanism in astrophysical jets as well as our understanding of the high-energy emission processes in general
