Municipal MS4 Consortium Storm Pipes

MS4 is short for "Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System". The consortium is made up of 17 municipalities within the county (note that consortium municipalities do change often). This data was collected by Dolph Rotfeld Engineering and Stellar Services.
