Inference of B cell clonality and function from single cell RNA seq data

cDNA libraries for RNA-seq will be prepared for sequencing. cDNA will be created following the Smart-Seq2 protocol, and a part of the cDNA from each cell will be used for preparation of RNA-seq libraries using the Nextera XT kit.
