OAv1.1 0303, preventing Fm van Boom

This layer represents the occurrence limit of Boom, as defined in the Shallow geological 3D layer and voxel model of the Antwerp region (OA v1.1, 2023). The shallow model is a test case for modelling the shallow urban subsurface. The model was drawn up in the context of the Flemish government's management agreement with VITO, under the name VLAKO, on behalf of the Flemish Environmental Planning Bureau.本图层对应安特卫普地区浅层地质三维图层与体素模型（OA v1.1，2023）中定义的布鲁姆（Boom）地层赋存界限。该浅层模型为浅层城市地下空间建模的标准测试用例。本模型以VLAKO项目为名，依托弗拉芒政府代表弗拉芒环境规划局与VITO签订的管理协议编制完成。
