Environmental Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Knowledge, and Production Efficiency among Footwear Manufacturing Workers in India: Survey Dataset

This dataset contains item-level survey responses from two independent cross-sectional samples of footwear manufacturing workers in India, with 385 respondents per sample, collected three months apart. It includes demographic characteristics and measures of environmental safety, occupational health and safety, safety knowledge, and production efficiency. The dataset is accompanied by SPSS syntax for PROCESS Models 4 and 7 for both waves to support the analysis of direct, indirect, and moderated mediation relationships among the study variables.
