Phantom Timing Leaks on Cortex-M4: A Pre-registered Evaluation of ML-KEM Decapsulation (STM32F411, PQM4)

Data, firmware binaries, scripts and pre-registration of the paper "Phantom Timing Leaks on Cortex-M4: A Pre-registered Evaluation of ML-KEM Decapsulation" (included as PDF). The cycle count of crypto_kem_dec was measured with DWT_CYCCNT on an STM32F411RE (Cortex-M4, 84 MHz, NUCLEO-F411RE board). Implementations: the nine PQM4 implementations of ML-KEM-512/768/1024 (clean, m4fspeed, m4fstack), plus a KyberSlash positive control. Class-1 inputs: random bytes, one modified byte, fresh valid ciphertexts, a matched-code control and an A/A test. Each campaign has 100,000 trials. The archive contains the raw CSV and metadata of all 60 campaigns, including invalid and excluded ones, every measured binary with SHA-256 hashes, the capture and analysis scripts that regenerate the paper's tables and figure, and the pre-registration with its two amendments, time-stamped with OpenTimestamps (Bitcoin blocks 973549, 974272, 974381).
