Data and code for "Cellular distribution and myeloid context of FCER1G in glioblastoma"

This dataset accompanies the study “Cellular distribution and myeloid context of FCER1G in glioblastoma”. Version v3 contains the supplementary files for the current Brain Sciences submission: processed transcriptomic inputs, analysis code and results, exploratory prognostic-model data and fitted objects, myeloid-estimator sensitivity analyses, supplementary methods and tables, and numerical qRT-PCR and Western blot data. The Western blot materials include the supplied labelled composite for three independent experiments (A-1, A-2 and A-3), the three-page Figure S5 image and numerical summary, and an experiment-to-data index linking the images to the numerical workbook and Figure 5B. The original supplied composite is preserved unchanged. The experiment and image-to-data correspondence was confirmed by the authors. The Western blot numerical inputs and reported relative-expression values are unchanged from the previous release. Public source datasets include TCGA-GBM, CGGA mRNAseq_693 and mRNAseq_325, GEO series GSE131928, GSE84465, GSE121810, GSE264695, GSE167960 and GSE43378, and The Cancer Immunome Atlas. Supplementary Data 2 is distributed in Parts A-C, which should be extracted into the same directory. README files provide reproduction instructions and provenance information. No new sequencing data were generated.
