This project investigates the relationship between washed microbiota transplantation (WMT) and male sexual function by analyzing gut microbiome dynamics. Fecal samples were collected from male participants with sexual dysfunction before and after WMT treatment, alongside a control group. Using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, we characterized taxonomic and functional shifts in the gut microbiota. Our goal is to identify potential microbial biomarkers linked to sexual function improvement, providing insights for novel microbiome-targeted therapies.
