ADS-B Dataset: We performed a continuous capture of ADS-B signals within a dynamic real-world outdoor environment by utilizing an AD9361 receiver, complemented by a ZYNQ-7020 for computational processing. Fig. 5 depicts the structure of receiver and signal acquisition settings. For ADSB signals acquisition, the receiver was configured with a center frequency of 1090 MHz, while the sampling rate (fs) was established at 40 MHz. The collection of ADS-B data transpired uninterrupted across a 24-hour timeframe, spanning from April 20, 2023, to April 26, 2023. Within this collection environment, a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) was observed ranging from 12 to 15 dB. For dataset construction, we designate the signal dataset collected on April 21, 2023, as the source domain which comprises 50 devices. Only aircraft transmitting over 200 frames throughout the collection period were included within the dataset.
