Influenza A virus strain:A/California/07/2009 Raw sequence reads

Influenza A (H1N1) sequences derived from cell culture or the lungs of infected laboratory animals. Contains data for 4'FIU dose-escalation and fitness competitions between the CA/07/2009 strain and attenuated lineages in vitro. Also contains viral population genotypes for mice infected with attenuated lineages and a transmission study with 4'FIU-treated or naive ferrets. Influenza A virus resistance to 4'-fluorouridine coincides with viral attenuation in vitro and in vivo.
