Here, we analyzed the expression profile of circRNAs in the H1N1-infected cells by high-throughput sequencing Expression profiles of circRNAs in A549 cells infected by A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1) were generated by deep sequencing,in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq 3000.
