Expression data from mdx mice at 5 day, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks

We used microarrays to identify molecular pathways that define different disease stages and contribute to disease progression in the mdx mouse Quadricep muscle was dissected out of BL10 and mdx mice at four different time points for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain a gene expression profile of mdx mouse skeletal muscle during different disease stages.
