In this study, high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis techniques were used to analyze the community composition and diversity characteristics of endophytic bacteria and endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacteria in nodules of Vicia villosa in different rocky desertification areas ( mild rocky desertification Gejiu GJ4, moderate rocky desertification Gejiu GJ1, Kaiyuan KY2, Mengzi MZ3 ) by using 16 S rDNA gene and nif H gene as molecular targets.
