Field data were collected at one abandoned zinc–lead mine site and three structurally matched reference sites in Daxin County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, southern China. Four datasets are provided: feather trace element concentrations, mixed-species flock (MSF) surveys, focal vigilance observations under simulated predation risk, and mobbing playback trials.
