This entity describes whether or not the land is subject to District Plan provisions dealing with the likely risk that unconsolidated sediments will transform into a liquid like substance during earthquake shaking, resulting in settlement damage to the ground. Spatial intersection with this feature will determine whether a Geotechnical Engineer is required to further assess the liquefaction potential of a property. The source data was received from ECan and has been reviewed and edited by CCC planners as part of the District Plan Review.
