Microbial population with depth in sediment of Daya Bay Raw sequence reads

Sediment bacterial community compositions from reference and three different aquaculture areas in the Daya Bay were compared to gain insight into the natural bacterial community composition, diversity, and metabolic function in different depth of coastal sediments and their response to organic loading and pollution resulting from aquaculture.
