Baltic Sea Sediment Raw sequence reads

This bioproject contains sequences for the publication titled 'Organic matter type defines the composition of active microbial communities originating from anoxic Baltic Sea sediments'. In this research we investigated the micro-organisms utilising different complex organic matter sources with a DNA-SIP study design, from the Gotland basin of the Baltic Sea. In addition original sediment community was analysed from four samples from different depths. Microbial community analyses were done by metabarcoding of the 16S rRNA gene from sediment and slurry samples.
