Table S2: Clustered OTU table. After open-reference clustering, OTU table was constructed from the BIOM file using QIIME 2. Number of reads for each OTU in each sample are indicated, together with the bacterial taxonomy assigned to each OTU. OTU IDs are identical to matching HOMD Refseq IDs, except for those which did not match the database.The FASTQ files generated in this study have been deposited in the DDBJ Sequence Read Archive (DRA) under BioProject accession number PRJDB10269.
