Gene Catalogue

The gene catalogue contains QSP hits mined using QSP database provided as two files: QSP_hit table : for individual four samples SS1 (334 m), SS2 (492 m), SS3 (992 m) and SS4 (550 m) which are deep sea sediment samples collected from different depth across Arabian sea spanning Northern to southern Arabian sea alongside India. The other file (Aligned BinsQSP) contain QSP profile of the bins namely shallow (SS12 combining depths 334 and 492 m) and deep (combining 550 and 992 m sample data) bins obtained from the deep sea metagenome data through QSP database.
