XMM-Newton observations of a narrow-line Seyfert-1 galaxy RX J0136.9-3510:

We have detected a highly blueshifted (7.6 keV at the source frame) emissionfeature in the ASCA spectra of the unusual Narrowline Seyfert 1 galaxy RXJ0136.93510. At ASCA resolution it is impossible to tell if the feature is asingle line or a combination of lines nor if the feature is due to Helike orHlike Fe. The line profile can tell us where the bulk of the emission originates: A low velocity dispersion would favor a wind/outflow origin, while a higher dispersion may allow for an ionized disk reflection origin. Strong absorption and resonant scattering could also produce blueshifted line. To acquirebetter resolution spectrum to constrain the origin of the line via detailedphysical modeling, we propose 50 ks XMMNewton observations of RXJ0136.93510. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
