PS_S_C_ex.zip contains example images from one of the experiments carried out to generate Fig. 2 of https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.03.22.644766. colonies_ex.zip contains example images (only 1 repeat could be included for space reasons) from the experiments carried out to generate Fig. 1 and Fig. 3.Further datasets that could not be included for space reasons are available upon request.
