Gene expression in mouse hippocampus in response to long-term calorie restriction

The effect of a long-term calorie restricted diet was evaluated in hippocampus of male mice The dietary intervention was initiated at 14 months of age and continued until 30 months of age Tissues were collected from mice at 30 months of age; there were 10 microarrays used in total: gene expression was measured in 5 control-fed mice and 5 calorie restricted mice (one individual mouse per microarray)
