资源简介:
Nowadays, the heat flux generated by high-end microprocessors has gradually outpaced the limit of conventional boiling heat transfer. To address this, an effective boiling heat transfer mechanism based on the tunable wettability and unique ultrafast water permeation properties of the graphene-nanostructured surface has recently made a mark in pool boiling and evaporation heat transfer. However, this novel enhancement mechanism has yet to be investigated in flow boiling. This thesis provides intriguing insights into the unique flow boiling behaviour on the superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic graphene nanostructured surface in the case of mini- and microchannels.
