EOS Full-Spine Imaging for Kyphosis and Spinopelvic Assessment: Dataset from MSK Database
收藏资源简介:
Abstract: Hyper-kyphosis is a spinal deformity linked to adverse health outcomes, necessitating accurate radiological assessment. This record contains data and metadata for the EOS Kyphosis Dataset, the first free, controlled-access collection of biplanar EOS images centered on kyphosis and spinopelvic parameters. The dataset includes 100 anonymized biplanar EOS images from patients evaluated between 2018 and 2022 at Shafa Yahyaian Hospital, Tehran, Iran. It features manual annotations by expert radiologists, including Cobb angles, lateral pelvic tilt, sagittal vertical axis, and pelvic incidence, provided in DICOM format to support the development of automated measurement algorithms. Data Access Statement: Access to the full dataset (n=100) is completely free of charge. However, to ensure ethical usage and patient privacy in accordance with institutional guidelines, the full dataset (n=100) is available strictly for non-commercial academic research purposes upon the submission of a Data Use Agreement (DUA). Request Access: Researchers may request access to the dataset by completing a Data Use Agreement (DUA). While you can request access directly through Zenodo, we highly prefer and recommend processing requests through our official website for the fastest turnaround time. Download the DUA: Download the Data Use Agreement (EOS_Data_Use_Agreement.docx) from our official project portal at www.mskdatabase.com (under the Kyphosis dataset section), or download it directly from our Open Access Sample Dataset Zenodo record. Submit the DUA: Option A (Preferred): Submit the signed DUA via our official portal at www.mskdatabase.com. Once verified, you will receive an email with a secure link to download the files directly from our website. Option B: Click the "Request Access" button on this Zenodo record and fill in the DUA request form. Once our team verifies the document, we will approve the request, granting you access to download the files directly through Zenodo. Sample Data (Open Access): A fully anonymized sample batch of 5 patients (Sample_Kyphosis_Dataset.zip) is available as an open-access download on our sample dataset's Zenodo record, and also on our website. This allows researchers to immediately verify file formats and data structure before requesting full access. Documentation: The template for the Data Use Agreement (EOS_Data_Use_Agreement.docx) is hosted on the sample dataset's record and the official project website. Technical Specifications: Modality: Biplanar EOS Stereoradiography (AP and Lateral views) Format: DICOM (.dcm) with associated diagnostic reports Annotations: Key spinopelvic parameters (Cobb angles, Pelvic Incidence, Sacral Slope, Pelvic Tilt, SVA) Population: 100 patients (Full Dataset)
