The test statistic (dN-dS) is shown above the diagonal. dN and dN are the synonymous and nonsynonymous substitutions per site, respectively. The Nei-Gobori method was used to calculate synonymous and non-synonymous substitutions. The probability of rejecting the null hypothesis of strict neutrality (dN = dS) in favor of the alternative hypothesis (dN<dS) is shown below the diagonal. P values < 0.00047 are considered significant after correcting for multiple comparisons and the significant test statistic (dN-dS) values are indicated in bold.
