Raw Next Generation Sequencing data from yeast display FACS screens of 4D5 and 5A12 scFv for binding to targets HER2 (4D5), VEGF (5A12), and Ang-2 (5A12). Yeast libraries were sorted by FACS, and the plasmid DNA from each population was collected and deep sequenced.
