Illumina sequencing of honey bee virome (RNA+DNA), by netoVIR protocol. Reads were trimmed by Trimmomatic. The 5 locations were selected and at least 3 hives were sequenced on site. Further, we sampled the exact locations on two more time points, one year apart. For the virome, one sample was prepared from 50 bees.
