根据国家要求,强化木地板表面胶合强度是产品是否达标的一项重要且强制性标准,表面胶合强度越大,才能保证产品的质量,本数据对强化木地板表面胶合强度作出检测,为企业生产做出参考,为地板产品优良品质做出依据。1、产品检测:对强化木地板进行抽样检测,样本表面积均为1000mm²,检测时温度保持在25℃,相对湿度50%,随机抽取样本3个区域做破坏试验,记录样本破坏最大荷载并记录;2、数据处理:表面胶合强度=破坏最大荷载/样本表面积1000,平均胶合强度=3个区域破坏最大荷载之和/3;3、根据GB/T 18102-2020  浸渍纸层压木质地板标准,若样本中平均胶合强度大于等于1.0Mpa,且最小胶合强度大于等于0.8Mpa则认为该样本合格,否则为不合格;4、对强化木地板表面胶合强度的检验检测,为企业生产标准化生产做出有效参考。

According to national regulatory requirements, the surface bonding strength of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring is an important and mandatory criterion for product compliance. Higher surface bonding strength guarantees better product quality. This dataset conducts tests on the surface bonding strength of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring, providing references for enterprise production and a basis for verifying the excellent quality of flooring products. 1. Product Testing: Sampling tests are performed on impregnated paper laminated wood flooring. Each test sample has a surface area of 1000 mm². All tests are carried out at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. Three random regions of each sample are selected for destructive testing, and the maximum failure load of the sample is recorded. 2. Data Processing: Surface bonding strength = maximum failure load / 1000 mm² (sample surface area); Average bonding strength = (sum of maximum failure loads of the three regions) / 3. 3. Compliance Judgement: Per the standard GB/T 18102-2020: Impregnated Paper Laminated Wood Flooring, a sample is considered qualified if its average bonding strength is ≥1.0 MPa and its minimum bonding strength is ≥0.8 MPa; otherwise, it is deemed non-qualified. 4. The test and inspection of the surface bonding strength of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring provides effective references for enterprises to carry out standardized production.
