中国上市公司新质生产力指数数据

面对新时代的发展要求，党的二十届三中全会明确提出健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制的战略部署，不仅为各地区、各行业指明了前进的方向，也为学术界与实务界提供了广阔的研究与实践空间。在此背景下，依据新质生产力的新理论体系和新概念体系建构科学贴实的新质生产力指数成为必要之举，有助于从区域层面、行业层面、企业层面全方位掌握新质生产力的特征规律与发展趋势，为相关学术研究提供数据基础，进而为我国加快培育新质生产力发展提供决策依据。  基于此，四川大学经济学院与中南财经政法大学金融学院课题组依托前期已有研究成果（张雪兰等，2024）梳理新质生产力的科学内涵，结合新质生产力的要素特质和结构承载，围绕高质量发展的价值取向构建指数体系。选取沪深A股非金融上市企业（2011-2022年）作为评价对象，运用文本分析和熵值法相结合的方法，从新质劳动者、新质劳动资料、新质劳动对象、优化组合等四个维度编制企业新质生产力指数，并从整体、个体、行业等层面对新质生产力发展状况予以分析评价。旨在通过全面、客观、科学的量化分析，深入揭示企业新质生产力的发展现状、内在规律及未来趋势，为政府决策、企业转型及学术界研究提供有力支撑和宝贵参考。

Against the backdrop of the development requirements of the new era, the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategic deployment of improving the institutional mechanisms for developing new-quality productivity in accordance with local conditions. This not only points out the direction for progress to all regions and industries, but also provides broad research and practical space for academic and practical circles.

Against this backdrop, it is necessary to construct a scientific and well-grounded new-quality productivity index based on the new theoretical and conceptual systems of new-quality productivity. This helps to comprehensively grasp the characteristics, laws and development trends of new-quality productivity at regional, industrial and enterprise levels, provide a data foundation for relevant academic research, and further offer decision-making support for China to accelerate the cultivation and development of new-quality productivity.

Based on this, the research teams from the School of Economics of Sichuan University and the School of Finance of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, drawing on previous research results (Zhang et al., 2024), sorted out the scientific connotation of new-quality productivity, combined with the factor characteristics and structural bearing of new-quality productivity, and constructed the index system around the value orientation of high-quality development. The research selected Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share non-financial listed companies (2011-2022) as the evaluation objects, adopted the method combining text analysis and entropy weight method, compiled the enterprise new-quality productivity index from four dimensions: new-quality laborers, new-type means of labor, new-type objects of labor, and optimized combination, and analyzed and evaluated the development status of new-quality productivity from the overall, individual and industrial levels.

This study aims to deeply reveal the development status, internal laws and future trends of enterprise new-quality productivity through comprehensive, objective and scientific quantitative analysis, and provide strong support and valuable references for government decision-making, enterprise transformation and academic research.
