Burkholderia cepacia, Priestia megaterium, and Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii synergize with anti-PD1 therapy to inhibit the tumor growth and enhance the antitumor immunity

intratumoral injection of Burkholderia cepacia, Priestia megaterium, or Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii, which were selected from our analysis results, would synergize with anti-PD1 therapy to inhibit the tumor growth. We performed RNA-sequencing of the tumor tissues from mice and found the anti-tumor immunity was enhanced.
