Dynamics of bacterial recombination in the human gut microbiome - SNV data

Compact SNV catalogs of all the QP genomes used in the analysis of Liu & Good (PLOS Bio 2024; doi: 10.1371/journal.pbio.3002472) Originally generated in the analysis of Garud & Good et al (PLOS Bio 2019; doi: 10.1371/journal.pbio.3000102). Files includes: snvs_feather.tar.gz & snvs_parquet.tar.gz: Dataframes saved in either feather or parquet formats to optimize for space and speed. midas_db_data.tar.gz: reference genome sequences and genome features in the MIDAS database (doi:10.1101/gr.201863.115).
