VPRS 17645 Secretary's Cabinet Notebooks, Baillieu/Napthine Liberal Government

This series comprised books of handwritten notes taken by the Secretary to the Department of the Premier and Cabinet at Cabinet meetings.The series commenced in November 2010 following the election of the Baillieu Liberal government. It had been the practice for public service to attend Cabinet meetings in Victoria from October 1992. The Bracks Labor government, elected in 1999, continued to have the Secretary or Acting Secretary to the Department of the Premier and Cabinet attend Cabinet meetings.
