Clinical and molecular risk factors were analyzed in a large cohort of patients with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors (ATRT) recruited to the European Rhabdoid Regsitry (EU-RHAB) and data were validated in a second independent cohort of ATRT patients. Overall design: 153 ATRT samples were selected for DNA extraction and hybridization on Illumina DNA methylation arrays to determine their molecular subtype.
