An Irrigation Grandfathered Right (IGFR) is a right to irrigate land in an active management area that was legally irrigated any time between 1975 and 1979, based on crops historically grown, for which a certificate has been obtained, with a few exceptions for substitution or transfer of acres under specified circumstances. The process for determining acres entitled to and for calculating a groundwater allocation is specified in A.R.S. § 45-465.
灌溉祖父条款权利(Irrigation Grandfathered Right,IGFR)指位于主动管理区域内、曾于1975年至1979年间任意时段合法开展灌溉的土地对应的灌溉权利,该权利以历史种植的作物为认定依据,且已取得相应证书,仅在特定情形下存在少量亩数替换或转让的例外情况。用于核定可分配亩数及计算地下水配额的流程,已在《亚利桑那州修订法规》(A.R.S.)第45-465条中作出明确规定。
