The gene expression profling between Control and dimethylarsinic acid for 4 weeks in urinary bladder epithelium of F344 male rats. Overall design: Male 6-week-old F344 rats were treated with 0 (Control) or 200 ppm dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) in drinking water for 4 weeks. After treatment, rats were sacrificed, and removed urinary bladder. Control and DMA treatment: 7 control and 7 DMA-treated male rats. Mixed 7 samples from each group for each array.
