General Information and Graphical Data Visualizations of the Leaf Endomicrobiome of Garden Sage (Salvia officinalis L.)

This dataset provides nucleic acid sequence information derived from the leaf endomicrobiome of Garden Sage (Salvia officinalis L.). Microbial diversity is visualised using Krona charts, while the core endomicrobiome is illustrated through Sankey plot analysis. Note: R1/S1, R2/S2, and R3/S3 represent biological replicates/samples of leaf tissue collected from healthy Salvia officinalis plants.
