Rabbit fecal microbiota response to forced immune to Faecalibacterium prausnitzii

This study aimed to explore the relationship between the rabbit fecal microbiota and forced immune to Faecalibacterium prausnitzii. Rabbits were subcutaneously injected with PBS, QuilA or QuilA+Faecalibacterium prausnitzii. Fecal samples before injection (day0), and 1,2,4,8 days after injection were collected and sequenced for 16S rDNA.
