SourceData are scraped from a simple Fitbit that tracked steps and sleep (one individual person listed here). Aggregated to day. Meta-datasimple_date is m/m/d format. year is year listed only. steps are total daily steps. mins_asleep is the total time asleep each night. efficiency is the Fitbit estimate sleep efficiency based on total time in bed, total time awake versus sleep, and number of times restless. lagged_sleep are the minutes asleep lagged by one day (ie from the night before) lagged_efficiency is the efficiency in the sleep from the night before
