Spectral signatures of resistances: FT-IR phenotyping of Norway spruce against Heterobasidion parviporum

FTIR spectra that has been averaged for a given tree x tissue x timepoint. For stem tissue 3 scans of the same plug were averaged into a single scan. For needles, 6 separate needles were scanned once individually and then the 6 replicate scans were averaged into a single spectrum. All spectra were trimmed to include only 3739–2700 cm⁻¹ and 1800–677 cm⁻¹. These values are in file Spruce_FTIR_averages_trimmed.csv. The EMSC-corrected spectra were subsequently transformed using a second-order Savitzky–Golay derivative. These values are located in file Spruce_FTIR_averages_trimmed_EMSC_2der.csv.
