Projected future climate analogs of 2020-2280 CE, using a baseline of geohistorical climates back to the Eocene

This dataset contains Matlab code to calculate multivariate distances. It compares future time periods (target) to a reference baseline (reference). Considering these one-to-many comparisons, the minimum multivariate distance for a focal location is defined as the closest analog. The input climate data, as well as output analog data, are included as well.
