Differential consitutitive gene expression among Boechera stricta gardens

The goals of this study were as follows: (1) to determine if there was differential gene expression in constitutively expressed genes among populations of Boechera stricta; (2) to determine if there was evidence of selection on gene expression through Qst-Fst analyses; (3) to determine if putative gene function is predictable based on important environmental factors.
